Der setzt sich aus den Vornamen seiner Söhne «Wilder» und «Woods» zusammen.
Das Album kommt in lockerem Retro-Soul und R’n’B-Ambiente daher. Die charakteristische Stimme und der eindringliche Gesang von Bear «Wilder Woods» Rineheart sorgen dafür, dass die Songs des Albums nie zu nett oder gar belanglos wirken.
